Iron Mountain Lake and surrounding lakes are a nice short hike
and
lunch spot about an hour from home.
Martha and Sheila moving through the talus

Martha discovers a small, quiet, pond with nice
reflections. (She's not really sticking her tongue out, it's just
the lighting on her chin.)

The reflections seem to spook Reno who throws a rock in the pond
to drive them away.

I take a photo of Martha taking photo of Reno taking photo of
Sheila who heads out to sea.

And so Reno throws a rock.

Heading around a small lake. Reno is in center, throwing a
rock.

On shore of Iron Mtn Lake. Reno thinks he sees some good
rocks.

Reno achieves multiple skips. All told, about about 850 lbs of
rock was transferred into the water this way over the course of several
hours.

Sheila admires a huge fir tree.

Sheila decides to hug the tree. I'm not sure what Reno's
doing, possibly trying to lift the tree (presumably for transfer
into
the water).
